1. Introduction & Scope

This Privacy Policy outlines how Bitminer ("we", "our", or "the Application") collects, uses, protects, and discloses personal and technical data when you access or interact with our mobile application and backend services.

We are dedicated to safeguarding user privacy in accordance with global data protection frameworks, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Google Play Developer Policy, and the Apple App Store Review Guidelines.

2. Information We Collect

To provide stable synchronization and user state management across our cloud infrastructure, we collect the following categories of data:

A. Account & Authentication Information

User Profile Data: Email address, display username, generated unique node identifier, and account creation timestamps.

OAuth Credentials: When using authorized social authentication providers (such as Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple), we receive public authentication tokens and identifiers required to create your session.

B. Device & Network Telemetry

Hardware & System Identifiers: Device model, operating system version, screen resolution, locale, language preferences, and IP address.

Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens utilized strictly to deliver session cycle updates and maintenance notifications.

3. Service Infrastructure, Telemetry & Data Operations

Our server architecture coordinates data synchronization, telemetry logging, and user interface updates. All calculations, active status states, ledger points, and cycle durations are processed remotely on secure backend infrastructure.

In adherence to strict mobile application store developer policies, the Application does not utilize on-device device hardware, CPU, GPU, or local battery resources for physical cryptocurrency mining. All computing hashrates (TH/s), node speeds, block cycles, and satoshi balances presented within the application interface represent virtual simulated metrics and cloud-based entertainment telemetry calculated algorithmically on central servers.

Operational data, including session logs, node configurations, and ledger balances, are stored in encrypted databases to ensure consistency across sessions and devices.

4. Third-Party Service Providers & SDKs

We integrate certified third-party service providers to facilitate core functionality, analytics, and billing:

Google Play Billing & Apple StoreKit (RevenueCat): Facilitates digital in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions. All financial transactions and payment details are processed exclusively through Google LLC or Apple Inc. We do not store or process credit card credentials.

Google AdMob: Serves contextual banner, interstitial, and rewarded ad units. AdMob may utilize anonymous advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or IDFA) in accordance with user consent and platform privacy settings.

Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC): Dispatches server-initiated operational alerts and cycle reminders.

5. Data Retention & Security Measures

We implement enterprise-standard physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data transmitted between the mobile application and our servers is secured via TLS 1.3 encryption.

Account records and ledger state logs are retained for as long as your account remains active or as required to comply with applicable legal obligations.

6. Account & Data Deletion (User Rights)

Users maintain full control over their personal data and account records:

In-App Instant Deletion: You can permanently purge your account, session tokens, and telemetry by navigating to Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account.

Web-Based Request: You can submit a deletion request via our public portal at https://bitminer-api.genxappstudio.cloud/delete-account.

Email Request: Contact our Data Privacy Officer at privacy@bitminer.app to request complete data erasure within 48 business hours.

7. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that personal information from a minor has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to revise or update this Privacy Policy at our discretion. Any modifications will be posted directly to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
